i thought getting out of the heat would be totally awesome. even though i do enjoy the weather here most times, when you see things like this:

it just kind of puts a damper on the whole week. it’s tough to get around and get shit done while it’s raining… especially if your only mode of transportation is the biggest piece of shit bike in all of amsterdam. ok.. but i shouldn’t complain :)

lots and lots of things to update on… it’s been a busy couple weeks :)

first things first… they loved us at the jet lounge last tuesday. it was a great party… totally packed and everyone was having a good time. so they want us back on friday night.. so that’s all off to a good start i’d say…

and it’s official, i’m moving into my new place on the 1st of december… with one of my classmates. it should be way better for me since it’s closer to school and i’ll be saving some money on transportation costs. the place is super nice as well… and… turntables!

things are starting to come together… i’ve been really busy with school, but still finding good time to work on music. i met a really sweet drummer who is totally up for doing the live drum and bass project i wanted to do… and the girl from germany… oh that voice. and i just recently learned that she also plays violin. does it get any better? it’s shaping up very nicely. hopefully i can see the vision through.. if i do, then it’s sure to turn out amazing.

back to my piece of shit bike… the back tire went flat today, so i had to end up walking around everywhere. in the rain.. real nice. anyway… hopefully i’ll make enough money dj’ing to get this:

so we’re doing a cover of dvda’s “now you’re a man” for a fun class project. ahahaha. we recorded drums today and we’re recording more tomorrow. i’m probably gonna play bass, unless we can find someone better. cause i suck balls. oh well. it’s fucking entertaining at least. maybe i’ll sing backup :)
