well, i promised to write an addendum to the last post, but it took a little more than a week. basically this is what’s going down at the end of the month:

i have been holding off really talking about this with anyone (other than the bestest of friends) for fear that i’d jinx myself for the second time in this regard… well, everything is fully confirmed at this point, so i feel it’s a good time to let everyone know that i am officially moving… to amsterdam… in 2 weeks.

this was a long time in the making, almost 4 years now. maybe some of you remember me talking about it back then and then never really following through. well there were many reasons why it never happened… mostly financial reasons, but also i think i just wasn’t mentally ready.

well, that has all been sorted out, and i think i’m finally mature enough to have a serious go at it, so wish me good luck :)

i am really going to miss my friends and family… i love you guys! but this is something i need to do. i need to prove to myself that i can do it. i need to take a serious step towards living my dreams.

so, thanks to everyone that has been supportive (and not supportive) over the years, you know who you are. you have all contributed in one way or another to helping make me who i am today.

I am thinking of having a little (and/or big) going away thing at some point before i leave. i will probably do a big one on may 11th at the POTD show, so come out and show love, buy me drinks, get me faded, etc… and i will probably have a smaller, more intimate dinner out or something with just close friends closer to my departure, which will be on the 25th of may. more details to follow. feel free to email me if you’re interested in attending.
